I’ve given this McDonald’s on Stewart Place in Harlingen multiple chances, and almost every time they still manage to get my order wrong. The drive-thru always takes forever, and after waiting all that time, the food is either missing items or made incorrectly. I’ve gone back hoping things would improve, but unfortunately it’s been the same experience every visit. To make things worse, nobody ever answers the phone when you try to call and report an issue. At this point, they’d probably get better results if they replaced this McDonald’s with a Whataburger lol sorry not sorry.
Well.. the whole area anticipated the arrival of a McDonalds to the area.. and well.. what a disappointment.. it is a hit or miss at this location. Mobile app orders shouldn't take this long.. One happy meal with no cars ahead of me, 20 minutes. With as much money they invest in remodel and trying to be the leader in fast food, some better training should be considered. But.. most people will say the same thing, what can you expect from a McDonalds?
Worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. 20 minutes to get my food. The burger was put in the bag halfway unwrapped. Employees don’t want to help.
